For groups of 3 or more we can create a website for your group and apply a discounted group price. That way you just send a link to everyone to sign up! You can track who has registered and we can soft reserve spots so that you are guaranteed spaces for the event and we can customize the look to make it more personal.
All we would need is: - Date of the event(look at our event page and find which one you want) - Name you would like to give the group - Approximate guest count
While we work with hundreds of different wineries throughout the state, this particular festival is designed to promote an eclectic variety. Some big names, but a LOT of smaller boutique wineries. Or wineries that you can only get their wine AT the winery. We also focus on wineries that are at least 30 minutes AWAY from the venue. That way if you are a local you can experience wineries that are not near you!
Before the cut-off time, e-mail us and we will keep a credit on file until you find a date that works better. We really want to try to make this easy for you! No need to stress. You must contact us 72 hours before the event. Please understand even if a person does not attend our event, we are still responsible for the expenses of that person to our vendors as that is the cut-off time we give to them. For a full refund we must be contacted 4 business days (so non-weekends & holidays) before the event (so a Saturday or Sunday event we would need to know before that Tuesday before)
Our events typically sell out a week or more before the date and those that have signed up have already paid for their spots. There is a chance that some may cancel so just shoot us an e-mail and we will get you on the wait list
We work with indoor venues so our festivals are weatherproof! Many of the venues do have beautiful outside areas though.
Synopsis:
This indoor festival showcases 40+ different wines from some incredible wineries from all throughout Texas, each bringing a selection of their most popular, unique, or new wines! This is not the typical festival that has thousands of people in attendance, we are limiting the number to create a better, more personal experience. You will receive a wine glass & a Wino Fest sheet for notes with the wineries in attendance as well as some educational materials to enhance your wine knowledge. Throughout the event there will be live music, food vendors, and a great time! Your information sheet outlines each winery in attendance which you can use to write down notes about each one.
After you are complete with your flight you are able to stay as long as you would like. Unlike other festivals who charge an entrance fee for only 10 or so samples of wine, you can try all the different types of wine. We do not try to sell you extra tasting tickets or upsell you in any way.
This festival is designed to promote and support Texas Wineries. We do NOT get any sort of kick-back from any sales made the day of the event. Know you are 100% supporting local TEXAS wineries. Also the prices they are selling their bottles for are what they charge at the wineries so you are getting quite a deal.

Prior to the fest, we will be hosting A virtual class you can enjoy from home to prepare for your weekend.
Enjoy a glass or pint at home as we cover the wine making process and how to get the most out of your wino fest experience.
The class will be held on the Thursday before the event at 7 PM (sign in begins at 6:30 PM) and last until about 8 PM.
While we encourage you to find a sitter so you can enjoy an adult event, you can bring your kids. Please understand that each person that attends needs a ticket because we have to go by venue capacity. So this includes people not drinking as well.
Price includes: Admission to the event, ALL tastings throughout your time and souvenir glass.
