Refund Policy
By purchasing a ticket to any event you agree to the following terms:
All ticket sales are final unless canceled in accordance with the terms below.
Customer Cancellations
All Sales Final After Cancellation Window
Tickets are eligible for a refund only if a written cancellation request is received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.
Refund requests submitted less than 72 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to two hours before the event. Transfer requests must be submitted via the contact form and confirmed by our team.
Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
If the event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer their ticket to a future event date.
If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date unless a refund is requested within 72 hours of the reschedule notice.
No-Shows
Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund.
Force Majeure
The organizer is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, tickets may be transferred to a future date.
Acknowledgment of Service Delivery
Tickets grant access to a live event occurring on a specific date and location as listed at time of purchase. Tickets are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase confirmation.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:
You have reviewed the event date, time, and location
You understand the refund and cancellation policy
You authorize Wino Promotion Company to charge your payment method
You agree not to initiate a chargeback outside of the terms stated above
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Wino Promotion Company directly to resolve any billing issues prior to initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
