  • Do you have group discounts?
    For groups of 3 or more we can create a website for your group and apply a discounted group price. That way you just send a link to everyone to sign up! You can track who has registered and we can soft reserve spots so that you are guaranteed spaces for the event and we can customize the look to make it more personal.

    All we would need is:
    - Date of the event(look at our event page and find which one you want)
    - Name you would like to give the group
    - Approximate guest count
  • What ages are allowed?
    Winery Bus tours are usually 18+ but sometimes we do family friendly events.
  • What can we bring?
    We will give you your souvenir glass when you board.

    Here is a list of ideas of what to bring:
    - For sure: Government ID, temporary ones are OK
    - Water! Some of the stops have them, but bring your own to be ready :)
    - Snacks & beverages (Alcohol is OK as long as it stays on the bus)
    - Coolers (please bring a soft, hand-held one since they are easier to store)
    - Credit Card & Extra cash for extra souvenirs

    Extra Items You COULD bring for a special event:
    - Decorations: please nothing crass/potentially offensive
    - Desserts: Not where the food is served, but at one of the other stops
    - Utensils: If you bring a dessert or extra food, please provide your own

    NOT allowed:
    - Personal Speakers
    - Cigarettes, cigars, vape: not ON the bus, there are outside areas though

  • How do I reschedule my event?
    Before the cut-off time, e-mail us and we will keep a credit on file until you find a date that works better. We really want to try to make this easy for you! No need to stress.
    You must contact us 72 hours before the event. Please understand even if a person does not attend our event, we are still responsible for the expenses of that person to our vendors as that is the cut-off time we give to them. For a full refund we must be contacted 4 business days (so non-weekends & holidays) before the event (so a Saturday or Sunday event we would need to know before that Tuesday before)
  • If soldout is there a waitlist?
    Our events typically sell out a week or more before the date and those that have signed up have already paid for their spots. There is a chance that some may cancel so just shoot us an e-mail and we will get you on the wait list
  • How do I use a voucher?
    We sometimes team up with companies that offer deals on our events. Just go to our event page, find the event you like, select the number of tickets the voucher covers, and enter in the voucher code (usually under the bar code.) Keep in mind you may have to take care of alcohol fees as that can only be purchased through us.
  • My voucher is expiring!
    Ack! OK. As long as you register for an event before it expires, that is all that matters to us. So the event could technically be months after the expiration. Our system marks it as used automatically, so it does not matter if it is a later date. Whew.
  • What if the weather is bad?
    We work with indoor venues so our festivals are weatherproof! Many of the venues do have beautiful outside areas though.
Synopsis:
Enjoy a day visiting FOUR South Austin breweries along with enjoying some incredible Texas BBQ all aboard a comfortable mini bus. Some options include Independence, Meanwhile, St. Elmo, 512, Orf,Hi Sign, 512 Brewery, South Austin Brewery & Live Oak Brewing Company. Three breweries will have their flights or pints covered with a bonus fourth stop with optional additional pours and food. We will give you an official Wino souvenir to help you through the day. Prost!


You can choose from either pickup location it is the same bus.

After we visit a couple of breweries, we will enjoy some incredible Texas style BBQ!

Energy of Event:Balanced
This event is a bit lively, but should not be overboard. From our experience some people may sing and express their cheer! If you would be happier with a quieter event, we would recommend that you select "Relaxed" when searching for your event.

Spaces Left:
We only have 24 spaces available! You had better hurry!

Price per person = $105.00
(before tax & fees)
(Event: $92) + (Tasting Fee: $25)
*The tasting fee covers all locations we visit. Sometimes we have to pay a little more than a public tasting because they need extra staff to accommodate us.

The Day of the Event

Suggested Parking at 1st Location:

Please park a little away from the store to allow their regular patrons to park easily throughout the day. Otherwise the bus will pull up to the front entrance for you to load. Please do not bring coolers or alcohol into the store.

Checking In:
Keep in mind you are having a late lunch! So please grab breakfast beforehand. Please be ready to go 15 minutes before the departure time listed above. If picking up from the first location just head into the restaurant and relax, you should be able to see the bus from the restaurant and just head there about 10 minutes before departure time. If you plan to have food, please order no later than 30 minutes before departure time, but 60 mintues is better. They start getting busy with their regular patrons soon after that, so please do not order food past that time. They have a togo station with a neon light for easy tacos and other fast items to order for the road. Otherwise there is a Specs Wine & Spirits for drinks and food at either pick-up location. Just pleae get to the bus before departure time!

Name and Contact Information
Group Name (optional) Are there more people in your group than you are currently registering for? For example, friends and family sometimes register separately but still of course want to sit together. If so, you can either create a new group name, or if someone in your group has already registered, ask them what group name they created. Don't worry about creating a group name if you are registering everyone in your group.
