What is your refund and cancellation policy?

In order to be eligible to rescheddule, you must contact us 72 hours before the event. Please understand that we work with all the vineyards beforehand and guarantee a specific number of attendees. This means that if a person does not attend, that we are still responsible for the tasting fees and food expense of that person. We are able to keep our price point low by making sure that each spot on our tours is valued. By purchasing today, you are acknowledging that you understand this.
