"My first time experiencing a Wine Fest, as well as my mom and boyfriend, it was great there were no big crowds or long lines. Everyone was so polite in including my elderly mom that was in an electrical scooter in this event since it was indoors and had a step that the vendors were up on, so she was a bit far away from the actual table but they were generous in speaking louder so she could hear them explaining the different types of wine. Not only were there lovely booths for each business that made and sold wine, but there were sponsors that created and sold beautiful jewelry, body butters, candles, and really cool wine opening kits. Texas Winos attracts people that love to socialize and enjoy wine. I went solo and still spoke to sponsors and guests alike. The venue was beautiful. The hosts were friendly and professional. "Went to the the Wine Festival sponsored by Texas Winos in Fort Worth on Saturday at Southside Preservation Hall. What a great venue!!! My friend and I had a fun time trying out the terrific selection of Texas wines, and the music was a nice backdrop. It was good to see some old favorites, as well as some new vendors, such as Decadent Saint, with a variety of extra hard mixers that were simply delicious! Multiple drink recipes possible with each flavor, they're all natural, and don't even require refrigeration. Some excellent food options, and the gourmet chocolate and olive oil vendors provided samples of their wonderful products😋. I also got a lot of great ideas for stocking stuffers from the vendors who had food, candy and popcorn. "It was my first time going to a wine tasting in Texas, I've been to plenty out of the state, and honestly this was the best one, there were plenty of booths to try new wines. Crowds don't bother me, specially if your just enjoy the atmosphere and wine. The vendors were nice and willing to answer any question we had on the wine. Definitely would be coming back and will be more friends, I was a little afraid to bring people since it was my first time, but they didn't disappoint at all. I love that there were more than just wine booths, they had some that had snacks to try, and they were good snacks too. There were plenty of different wines to try as well.
